These terms govern your use of ftbl-shop.com and any order you place through it. Please read them before you buy. By placing an order you confirm that you accept them.

Throughout this document, “FTBL”, “we” and “us” mean the operator of this shop, and “you” means the person using the site or placing an order. You can reach us at any time at info@ftbl-shop.com.

1. Who can order

You may place an order if you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract, and if you are using a payment method that belongs to you or that you are authorised to use. If you are under 18, you may use the site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who takes responsibility for the order.

2. Our products

We sell football shirts, kits, training wear and related accessories. Our products are unofficial replica items produced independently. They are not supplied, endorsed by, or affiliated with any football club, national association, league or sportswear manufacturer. Club names, competition names and player names appear on this site only to describe which design an item reproduces, and all such names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

We photograph our products ourselves and try to show them accurately. Colours can still look different from one screen to another, and small variations in stitching, print position and shade are normal in a made to order garment. These variations are not defects.

3. Sizes

Sizing follows the manufacturer of each item and can differ between a Fan Version and a Player Version. Our size guidance and the answers on our FAQ page are there to help you choose. Because every item is made to order, we cannot exchange an item because the size you selected did not fit as you expected, so please take a moment with the size guide before ordering.

4. Prices, currency and taxes

All prices are shown on the site in the currency displayed at checkout and include our handling. Shipping is free worldwide, so the price shown is the price you pay us.

Prices can change at any time, but a change never affects an order that has already been confirmed. If a price is displayed incorrectly because of an obvious error, we will contact you before producing the order and you may either confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Orders shipped outside the European Union may attract import duties or local taxes on arrival. Those charges are set by your own customs authority, are not included in our price, and are payable by the recipient. See our Shipping Policy.

4a. Currency

Prices on this site are shown in euro so that you can see what an item costs in a familiar currency. Payment itself is taken in US dollars, and the amount your card is billed is stated on the cart page and again immediately above the payment button before you confirm anything. The euro figure is there to inform you; the US dollar amount is the one that binds.

The euro figures are converted from our US dollar prices using the daily reference rate published by the European Central Bank. We do not add a margin of our own to that rate.

Because the charge is made in US dollars, your card issuer applies its own exchange rate when it converts the amount, and some issuers add a foreign transaction fee. Those are set by your bank, they are not charged by us and we do not receive any part of them, so the final amount debited in your own currency may differ slightly from the euro figure shown here.

Refunds are returned in the same US dollar amount that was originally charged. Because your bank applies its own rate again on the way back, the euro amount you receive may differ slightly from the euro amount you paid.

5. How an order is made

Adding items to your basket and completing checkout is an offer to buy. We confirm receipt by email, and the contract between us is formed when we accept your order and begin production. Until then we may decline an order, for example if we cannot produce the design you selected, if the payment is not authorised, or if we suspect fraudulent use of a payment method. If we decline, you are charged nothing, or refunded in full if payment has already been taken.

6. Payment

Payment is taken at the time of the order. Card details are entered on the secure page of our payment provider and are never stored on our servers. We may ask for additional verification before producing an order where a payment looks unusual, and we may cancel and refund an order that we cannot verify.

7. Personalisation

Where you add a name, a number, a patch or any other personalisation, that item is produced specifically for you and cannot be resold. Please check your spelling, your number and your choice of patch carefully before completing the order. We print exactly what you enter. An error in the text you supplied is not a defect and cannot be refunded, although we will always try to help if you contact us before production starts.

8. Delivery

We ship worldwide with free shipping. Production and delivery together usually take 7 to 21 business days, and personalised items may take slightly longer. Delivery estimates are estimates and not guarantees, and we are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers or events outside our control. Full detail is in our Shipping Policy.

It is your responsibility to give a complete and correct delivery address. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available to receive it, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

9. Cancellation, returns and refunds

Because every item is made to your specification, the right of withdrawal that normally applies to online purchases does not apply to these items. You can still cancel free of charge before production starts, and we will always replace or refund an item that arrives faulty, incorrect or not as described. 10. Your account

If you create an account, keep your password to yourself and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. We may suspend or close an account that is being used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.

11. Using the site properly

You may browse, shop and share our pages. You may not copy our photographs or text for commercial use, scrape the site, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain access to areas that are not public, or use the site for anything unlawful.

12. Reviews and anything you post

If you leave a review or send us a photograph, you confirm that it is your own, that it is truthful, and that you give us permission to display it on the site and in our marketing. We may remove content that is offensive, misleading or infringes someone else’s rights.

13. Our responsibility to you

We take care to describe our products accurately and to deliver them in good condition. If we fail to meet our obligations, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as loss of profit or loss of opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error free.

14. Privacy

How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. Please read it, as it forms part of your agreement with us.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, where our business operates. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your own country of residence.
