Refund and Returns Policy

Made to order

Every item in our shop is produced for you individually after you place your order, including the size, the version and any name or number printing you choose. Because each item is made to your specification and cannot be resold, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.

This also means that the statutory right of withdrawal that normally applies to online purchases in the European Union does not apply to these items, as customised goods are excluded from it.

If something is wrong with your order

This is different, and we will always put it right. Contact us if:

• the item arrived damaged or faulty,
• you received the wrong item, size or print,
• or the item does not match what was shown on the product page.

Email info@ftbl-shop.com within 14 days of receiving your order, include your order number and a photo of the problem, and we will replace the item or refund you in full. We cover the return shipping in these cases.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Once we issue the refund it usually appears on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Cancelling an order

If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel free of charge as long as production has not started. Once an item has gone into production it cannot be cancelled.
