FTBL Website Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 29 October 2026

At FTBL we want everyone to be able to browse our shop, find the right shirt and place an order, whatever device or assistive technology they use. That includes people with disabilities.

The short version

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.
An accessibility menu is available on every page. Select the accessibility icon at the bottom left of the screen, or press Ctrl+U.
If anything on the site is hard to use, email us and we will help you and work to fix it.

1. Our commitment

We aim for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, the standard published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines make websites easier to use for people who are blind or have low vision, are deaf or hard of hearing, or have motor, cognitive or other disabilities. Based on our own review, this website partially conforms to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Accessibility is ongoing work for us: we review the site as we add new products, pages and features, and we fix issues as we find them.

2. The accessibility menu

Every page on our website includes an accessibility menu by UserWay. Select the accessibility icon at the bottom left of the screen, or press Ctrl+U, to open it and adjust the site to your needs. The menu lets you:

Contrast +: switch to higher contrast colour modes.
Highlight Links: make every link on the page stand out.
Bigger Text: increase the size of the text.
Text Spacing: add space between letters and words.
Line Height: add space between lines of text.
Text Align: change how text is aligned.
Dyslexia Friendly: switch to a font that is easier to read for many people with dyslexia.
Cursor: use a bigger cursor or a reading guide.
Tooltips: show the description of images and links when you point at them.
Pause Animations: stop moving content such as sliders and animations.
Hide Images: hide images so you can focus on the text.
Saturation: reduce or remove colour saturation.
Oversized Widget: make the menu itself larger and easier to use.

You can reset all settings from the menu at any time. Your settings are saved in your browser, so they stay on as you move between pages. The menu adds to the accessibility of our website itself; it does not replace it. It also works alongside the screen readers, magnifiers and browser settings you already use.

3. Our accessibility work

We are working to:

make every page usable with a keyboard (Tab, Shift + Tab and Enter), with a visible focus indicator;
keep the site usable on phones, tablets and desktops, and when you zoom in with your browser (Ctrl + / Ctrl -);
use clear headings so pages make sense with a screen reader;
add text descriptions to product images and other meaningful images;
label product options, size choices and form fields clearly.

4. Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some parts of the website may not be fully accessible yet:

Card payment is completed on our payment provider’s secure page, which we do not control.
Some product images do not have full text descriptions yet. We are working through them.

If you cannot complete an order or find the information you need, email us and we will help you place your order.

5. Feedback and contact

We welcome your feedback. If you run into an accessibility barrier on our website, or have a suggestion, please let us know. It helps to include the page address and a short description of the problem.

Accessibility contact: ftblshop.official@gmail.com

We aim to reply to every accessibility request within 5 business days and to make the necessary adjustments as soon as possible.
