1. Terms
These terms apply to your use of ftbl-shop.com and to every order you place on it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
In these terms, “FTBL”, “we” and “us” mean JERSEYNIHO MARKETING LTD, which operates this shop under the FTBL brand, and “you” means the person using the site or placing an order. You can reach us at any time at ftblshop.official@gmail.com.
2. Who can order
You may place an order if you are at least 18 years old, legally able to enter into a contract, and paying with a payment method that belongs to you or that you are authorised to use. If you are under 18, you may use the site only with a parent or guardian, who takes responsibility for the order.
3. Our products
We sell football shirts, kits, training wear and related accessories. Our products are unofficial replica items produced independently. They are not supplied or endorsed by, or affiliated with, any football club, national association, league or sportswear manufacturer. Club, competition and player names appear on the site only to describe which design an item reproduces, and those names and marks belong to their owners.
We try to show every product accurately, but colours can look different from one screen to another, and small variations in stitching, print position and shade are normal in a made-to-order garment. These variations are not defects.
Sizing follows the manufacturer of each item and can differ between the Fan Version and the Player Version. Use the size chart on each product page and the guidance on our FAQ page before you order.
4. Orders
When you complete checkout, you are making an offer to buy. We confirm receipt by email, and the contract between us is formed when we accept your order and start production. Until then we may decline an order, for example if we cannot produce the design you chose, if the payment is not authorised, or if we suspect fraudulent use of a payment method. If we decline an order, we refund you in full.
The minimum order value is €25.
5. Prices, currency and payment
Our prices are set in euro. For your convenience the site can show them in your local currency, converted at the daily European Central Bank reference rate; that local figure is a guide only. Shipping is free to every country we deliver to, so the price shown is the price you pay us. Prices can change at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already confirmed. If a price is shown incorrectly because of an obvious error, we will contact you before producing the order, and you can either confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Card payments are processed by our payment provider, which does not accept euro. Your card is therefore charged in US dollars: your euro order total converted at the current European Central Bank reference rate, with no margin added by us. The exact US dollar amount is shown at checkout, as “Charged to your card”, before you pay.
Your bank converts the US dollar charge into your own currency at its own rate, and some banks add a foreign transaction fee. Those are set by your bank, not by us, so the final amount on your statement can differ slightly from the euro price.
Payment is taken when you place the order. You enter your card details on our payment provider’s secure page, and we never see or store them. We may ask for extra verification if a payment looks unusual, and we may cancel and refund an order we cannot verify.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, for the same US dollar amount you were charged (or the matching part of it for a partial refund).
Import duties and taxes, if any, are paid by the customer on delivery and are not included in our prices. See our Shipping Policy.
6. Personalisation
If you add a name, number, patch or other personalisation, the item is made specifically for you and cannot be resold. Please check your spelling, your number and your patch choice before you complete the order. We print exactly what you enter, so a mistake in the text you supplied is not a defect and cannot be refunded. If you contact us before production starts, we will always try to help.
7. Delivery
We ship free to every country listed at checkout. Production and delivery together usually take 7 to 21 business days, and personalised items may take a few days longer. Delivery times are estimates. Delays caused by customs or carriers can happen, and if a parcel is lost, we replace it or refund you in full.
You are responsible for giving a complete and correct delivery address. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available to receive it, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. The cost of sending it again is paid by you. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
8. Cancellations, returns and refunds
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to return any item that has not been personalised, for any reason, and get a full refund. Items personalised with a name, number or patch are excluded unless they are faulty or we made a mistake. You can cancel an order without personalisation free of charge at any time before dispatch, and a personalised order free of charge until production starts. We always replace or refund an item that arrives faulty, wrong or not as described.

9. Your account
If you create an account, keep your password private and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for what happens through your account. We may suspend or close an account that is used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.
10. Use of the site and its content
The photos, text, logos and design of this site belong to FTBL or are used with permission. You may browse, shop and share links to our pages for your own personal use. You may not:
- copy or reuse our photos or text for any commercial purpose or public display;
- scrape the site, copy it to another server, or interfere with how it works;
- try to access areas of the site that are not public, or reverse engineer any of its software;
- remove copyright or other ownership notices from any material;
- use the site for anything unlawful.
If you break these rules, your permission to use the site ends automatically.
11. Reviews and content you send us
If you leave a review or send us a photo, you confirm that it is your own and truthful, and you allow us to show it on the site and in our marketing. We may remove content that is offensive, misleading or infringes someone else’s rights.
12. Accuracy of information
We work to keep product details, prices and stock information correct, but the site may occasionally contain technical, typing or photographic errors. We may correct errors and update the site at any time without notice. Section 5 explains what happens if an error affects the price of your order.
13. Links to other sites
The site may link to websites we do not run. We are not responsible for their content, and a link does not mean we endorse them. You use them at your own risk.
14. Our responsibility to you
We take care to describe our products accurately and to deliver them in good condition. The site itself is provided as it is: we work to keep it available and accurate, but we do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
If we fail to meet our obligations, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as loss of profit or loss of opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
15. Privacy
How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of your agreement with us.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. If you are a consumer living in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your own country.
