Yes. We ship worldwide, and shipping is free to every country we serve.
Every item is made for you after you order, so allow time for production as well as delivery. Orders usually arrive within 7 to 21 business days, counted from the day after the order. Personalised items can take a few days longer.

Your order is delivered by courier to the address you entered at checkout. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse, so you can follow it the whole way.

Every item is custom made for you, so we cannot accept a return or exchange because you changed your mind. If an item arrives faulty, incorrect or not as described we will always replace it or refund you. See our Refund and Returns Policy for the full detail.
Email info@ftbl-shop.com within 14 days of receiving your order, with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will replace the item or refund you in full, and we cover the return shipping.
You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. Order cancellation incurs a cancellation fee of about 5% of the total transaction.

The Fan Version (also called the STADIUM version) is the shirt most fans buy thanks to its comfortable fit, and it’s better suited for everyday wear.
The Player Version (also called VAPOR or DRI FIT ADVANTAGE) is identical to the shirt the players wear on the pitch. It’s usually a tighter fit and needs the right sizing.
If you’re looking to buy a Fan Version shirt, our recommendation is to pick the size you’d usually go for in sportswear. If you’re looking to buy a Player Version shirt, we recommend going one size up from usual since it’s a tighter fit on the body. On top of that, every product page has a size chart to help you pick the best size for you.
We recommend washing the products by hand only and not using a washing machine. In cases where products are ruined due to washing, we won’t be able to help or replace the item. That said, from the experience of thousands of customers, the products can be washed on a delicate cycle up to 30 degrees with the shirt turned inside out. Please note that machine washing the products is at your own risk.
