Who we are
FTBL is an online shop selling football shirts, kits and accessories worldwide. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit ftbl-shop.com or place an order, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.
What we collect
When you place an order: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and the contents of your order. Payment card details are entered on the payment provider’s own secure page and never reach our servers.
When you browse: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, and information stored in cookies. This is used to keep the shop working, remember your basket, and understand which pages people find useful.
When you contact us: whatever you choose to tell us in your message, so that we can answer it.
Why we use it
- To process, produce and deliver your order, and to keep you updated about it.
- To answer questions and provide customer support.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
- To improve the shop, our product range and our service.
- To send you marketing messages, but only if you have asked us to. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any such message.
Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary, and only with the companies that help us run the shop: our payment provider, our shipping and fulfilment partners, our email provider, and our hosting provider. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
How long we keep it
Order and transaction records are kept for as long as the law requires us to keep accounting records. Support correspondence is kept while it is useful for helping you. Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom you also have the right to receive your data in a portable format and to complain to your local data protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@ftbl-shop.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use them to keep your basket, remember your preferences, and measure how the shop is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the shop may then stop working correctly.
Security
The whole site runs over an encrypted connection, and access to order data is limited to the people who need it in order to fulfil your order.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update this page and change the date below.
