Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order, to every country we serve. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay.

How long it takes

Every shirt is produced for you after you order, so please allow time for production as well as delivery. Orders usually arrive within 7 to 21 business days. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays, and the clock starts the day after the order is placed.

Personalised items, such as a shirt with a name and number printed on it, may take a few days longer.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse we email you a tracking number. If you have not received it and more than a few days have passed, please contact us.

Customs and import duties

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are not included in the price you pay us. Any such charge is the responsibility of the recipient.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us straight away. We can usually change the address if the parcel has not left our warehouse yet.

Delayed or missing parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected time, contact us at info@ftbl-shop.com with your order number and we will trace it for you.
